Tele-Marketing Personnel

Responsibilities:


To attend inbound and outbound calls, assisting inquiries from customers in a call center
environment.


Identify and handle customer inquiries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of the
customers.


Educate the customer about the organisation’s products and services and direct them towards available resources for self-help.


Maximize opportunities to up sell or cross-sell company products and services in accordance to guidelines given.
Enter customer data and other relevant information into call centre database.
Maintain confidentiality of the organisation’s customers and data.
Adhere to work schedule as planned.

Requirements:
Full Time or yearly contract renewal basis.
Min SPM and above.
 
Training is provided.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, knowledge of Chinese dialects are more
advantages.


 
 Working hour : 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
